There is a wlbs monitoring external included in the BBWin package.
However, you can get the script it self here :

http://bbwin.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/bbwin/trunk/Externals/vbs/wlbs/

There is a small configuration file so you can put the default states
for your nodes.
