sda1 is my / fs, so I create a symbolic link:
ln -s iostat-part.sda1.rrd iostat-part-mp,root.rrd

sdb5 is my /home/users fs, so I create a symbolic link:
ln -s iostat-part.sdb5.rrd iostat-part-mp,home,users.rrd
