Release3.0 should have said 4.3.0

Opps droped the 4.
Ive been waiting  for Release 4.3.0  for a while becuase Ive been ask to 
officially deploy
hobbit on a wider basic.  Now Ive been ask for a timeline.  I hate to 
roll out a snap shot
now only to find it being released soon after.
