Hi Sello, have you configured BBHOME to /usr/lib/hobbit/server at your 
rootlogin.sh ?

Also, your line at hobbitlaunch.cfg seems to be wrong:

               [rootlogin]
                       ENVFILE /home/hobbit/server/etc/hobbitserver.cfg
                       NEEDS hobbitd
                       CMD hobbitd_channel --channel=client 
--log=$BBSERVERLOGS/rootlogin.log $BBHOME/ext/rootlogin.sh

Look at the ENVFILE.
