[hobbit] Custom Graph

You shouldn't need to reboot for the changes to take effect.  Actually, the
configuration in hobbitgraph.cfg is read dynamically.

One thought I had is that there could be some typo farther up in the config
file that is preventing lines below it from being read; I had this happen
once due to the un-capitalization of a keyword (I think comment vs COMMENT,
though I forget exactly).
