The compiled-in setting provides a default, if the setting is not found
in hobbitserver.cfg. So changing it there should suffice.

E.g. the pre-compiled binary packages of Hobbit have a built-in setting
of 127.0.0.1/localhost - and they work fine when you configure them with
a real IP/hostname.
