[hobbit] proxy problems?

Please explain how you have set up your proxy.

For instance, in your scenario, I would expect that the *only* things running 
(not marked as DISABLED in hobbitlaunch.cfg) on your "proxy" are the bbproxy 
and bbnet tasks.
