[hobbit] msgs Test

Upgrade to 4.2.0, both server and client(s). 

Also, the "msgs" status will be gray if there are no logfiles monitored 
(ie you must configure a log-check in the hobbit-clients.cfg file for the 
msgs status to go green/yellow/red).
