[hobbit] Messing with logfiles before Hobbit sees them

I am sorry, I should have been more clear.  Instead of using the word
"filter" in my example, I probably should have used the word "expander."
The little app turns cryptic messages in the log into longer,
human-readable messages -- this is what I would like to post to Hobbit.

	Why not just use the ignore feature to have hobbit filter out
