[hobbit] Hobbitping not working

Thanks, for some reason I though root owning it would do, guess I was
wrong. Its working now! 
 
The 4.2 beta release is looking great so far!

	You need to set the suid bit on hobbitping:
	
	# chmod +s hobbitping (as root).
