Hi,
for my tests i know 2 Situatins, which was cause of this errors.
1. your rights was net set to 755 (rwx,rx,rx). You must know that this 
script will started by the Webserver (and his users) and not directly by 
hobbit!
2. Somewhere in the Script is an output before i send the Header of the 
file.

I have updated my Scripts, and set the header near the beginning of the 
script.
