[hobbit] sending status messages

Hi Henrik,

my problem is that the servers don't make  the same tests. Server1 make only
a portion
of the tests that Server2 make.
It would be helping to have bbrelay option ... you don't have in plan to
make it?
You think it's possible in other way?
