Got to escape the slashes...
NORRDISKs="^\/oracle\/.+?\/(sapdata|mirr|data|orig)'

Which reads:
begins with /oracle/, followed by as few letters as possible before
another slash, then a string starting with sapdata, mirr, data, or orig
