Fixed the ADDR problem

Here is what I get now

(hobbit)@bigbrother:~/server$ ./bin/bbcmd --env=etc/hobbitserver.cfg report.monthly.sh 
2005-03-15 16:52:41 execvp() failed: No such file or directory
