[hobbit] no rrd files are generated

OK, installation bug. Change the ~hobbit/cgi-bin/hobbitgraph.sh
script so it sets up the LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable before running
hobbitgraph.cgi. This should happen automatically, but I don't 
think it does.

Just add

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/rrdtool-1.0.49/lib
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH

before the line that begins

 exec /usr/local/hobbit/server/bin/hobbitgraph.cgi ....
