Relative / absolute links to subpages

Hi again

back with bbgen 2.x / 3.x, I had to modify the do_page_subpages() 
function in bbdisplay/pagegen.c to view the pages with our custom 
portal, which access BB through a reverse proxy.

The mod was :

Do you think this could be available as an option (eg. "--absolute-urls" 
and "--relative-urls"), or even as a default value ?
