[Xymon] inconsistent status after PS client install

That worked.  Uncommenting and setting the MAXMSG_CLIENT=1024 line in
xymonserver.cfg and restarting the xymon-server service fixed my issue with
purple columns.  I guess there's more data coming from the PSclient than
BBwin.
