[Xymon] First time installed, and set up xymon, failed, NEED helps please.

Looks more like an Apache config problem than Xymon.
Do you have FollowSymLinks set?

e.g.

  DocumentRoot "/var/www/html"

  <Directory "/var/www/html">
    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
    AllowOverride None
    Require all granted
  </Directory>

Then I would take a look at the apache error log, it's usually pretty
helpful in pointing out what the problem is.
