Hi Jeremy,

The xymon is stopped when I removed the files. At this time below are the remaining rrd.

Lues

Make sure you stop xymon, then remove all rrdctl files, then start xymon again, and check that there are only two rrdctl files left.

Then re-try. If it continues to show problems, re-check the Apache logs to see if there's another problem.

Cheers
Jeremy

Thanks Jeremy. I was able to locate the rrdctl files and removed it. The error in the logs now gone but the CPU graph for OpenVMS systems is not visible.

Below is the snapshots when accessing cpu graphs.

Try this:

$ sudo lsof -p `pgrep xymond_rrd|head -1`

One of the files listed will be something like

/usr/lib/xymon/server/tmp/rrdctl.28279

Look in the same dir for other rrdctl.* files. There should be only two in that directory, corresponding to the two xymond_rrd processes.

Another way:

$ xymoncmd sh -c 'ls -l $XYMONTMP/rrdctl.*'

Cheers
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

I tried to seach all directories from xymon server but I did not find any rrdctl* files.

Leus
