I didn't think to answer the question that wasn't asked, but yeah, you could also not alert on red for disk at all if you don't want.

You can also set when the alerts happen in alerts.cfg, eg:

$WORK_HOURS=W:0700:1800

HOST=xxxx.whatever.com.au<http://xxxx.whatever.com.au> SERVICE=disk COLOR=RED
       SCRIPT /usr/local/xymon/server/ext/smsplus.sh  01234567890 at smsservice.com<mailto:01234567890 at smsservice.com> TIME=$WORK_HOURS
       MAIL someone at whatever.com.au<mailto:someone at whatever.com.au>

This way you don't subvert the condition so you better know what is happening. Hope this helps.

Subject: [Xymon] Disk Only Yellow?

Hi, is it possible to just have a Yellow alert from a DISK filesystem
alert? No Red at all - I don't want to be woken in the middle of the
night by a non-critical disk filling up but still want to know about
it when I read e-mails and view the Xymon web page.

Regards,

Nick Pettefar
