[Xymon] Multiply windows client behinde router

I've done something similar, but use rather than and 
include the 'testip' tag. I forget exactly why I do this, but as I 
recall I found an odd interaction between xymonnet and unresolvable 
hostnames when using

    Do things because you should, not just because you can.
