[Xymon] spoofed IP's in hosts.cfg

If I understand your question... I use 127.0.0.1 as an IP address for 
'pseudohosts' and label them with "testip noconn"

This gives me a line in hosts.cfg, does not try to do name resolution on 
it, and doesn't try to ping it.
