[Xymon] Peer not up, flushing message queue

This is
normal, it happens when the first message on a Xymon channel is passed
to the handler (xymond_rrd, xymond_history etc). For xymond_alert, it
may be quite some time after restarting Xymon before it occurs - if your
system doesn't trigger any alerts. You should only worry about these if
they happen without Xymon having been restarted.
