[Xymon] What is the default propagation behavior?

I now see that the checkbox propagates to nongreen.html but not to any 
of the host's parent pages. Maybe this is by design?

Maybe I've misunderstood the meaning of NOPROPACK?
    Do things because you should, not just because you can.
