[Xymon] Easy upgrade from 4.3.7 > 4.3.10 ?

Thanks Larry,
./configure recognized the current install path of xymon.
also it found SSL in the non-standard folder which was a pain the last upgrade.

Also had to fix

	chown root ~xymon/server/bin/xymonping
	chmod u+s  ~xymon/server/bin/xymonping
due to the error "'xymonping -Ae' failed - program not suid root?" error.
I remember the same issue occurred last upgrade.

other than that the upgrade went fine.
