[Xymon] 404 Not Found URL/xymon was not found on this server

Ok this may sound stupid but...it looks like you're using apache 2.2...I
don't think the "Require all granted" works for that version (I believe
that is 2.4+).  Try changing that back to:

   Order allow,deny
   Allow from all

It looks like that was changed based on the thread prior where you had
it working...
