[Xymon] how debug logfetch

My first thought was that the Xymon client has no permissions to read the
file.  But as it can read the directory, and the permissions reported on
the file allow world-read access, this theory is incorrect.

However, if you're running selinux, there might be a similar restriction.
 Try logging in as the Xymon user and running "md5sum" on the file to see
what happens.

Or, try using a different hash.
