[Xymon] hobbit-> xymon migration - devmon RRD - separator changed from comma to dot

hi

After digging, i figured out the issue.

When migrating i modified TEST2RRD variable by setting "if_load=devmon".
When setting back if_load [without anything else], RRD is updating the file as previously (with a comma).
