[Xymon] secondary/slave dns server monitoring

The dns test performs a lookup against the DNS server.  By default, it
queries the server's own hostname A record, but the record name and
type in the request can be adjusted.  I use this to test/time several
DNS servers, some of which don't run any Xymon agents.  More details
in "man hosts.cfg".
