[xymon] Release candidate available for 4.3.0

Looks like pagestats is completely missing from
xymon-4.3.0-RC1/web/Makefile.  You can get the compile to finish by
commenting out pagestats.cgi & pagestats.sh on the PROGRAMS & CGISCRIPTS
line in xymon-4.3.0-RC1/web/Makefile.

I just did that and xymon seems to function OK without it.  I don't see
pagestats.sh in the menu dropdowns either.
