[xymon] Displayed time

Hi Vernon

Thanks for the response however some more googling turned up
http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.monitoring.hobbit/23638 which
solved the problem for me (after I changed the AllowOverride directive
in the xymon-apache.conf file).
