[hobbit] Custom URL in header

This is almost what I am looking for.

I was able to add in a line to this file under reports....(code snip)

...

['Reports', null, null,

...

 ['Mgmt Server', 'https://url here']

],

...

And clicking on this link takes me to the new URL.  Does anyone know
if I can have it pop up into a new window, as opposed to using the
hobbit window?
