[hobbit] display holidays in MM/DD format, instead of DD/MM

Excellent response!  :)  I will make sure I do that for my next 
question.  I didn't see that setting because I did a test upgrade from 
4.2 and my old hobbitserver.cfg file remained in place.  Variable 
changed and it works like a charm.
