[hobbit] Duplicate entries in bb-hosts

I am amazed I missed the "prefer" bbtag in the docs, but I guess that's
the danger of working that late at night. :-/
That being said, it doesn't work, or at least, isn't working for me.
What I have is this.
0.0.0.0 server03 # prefer
0.0.0.0 server03 #
But I still get the errors in bbtest.
Have I done something silly, or forgotten something?
Is the syntax correct?

When having a host appear multiple times, one of the entries should be
considered the primary entry with all bbtags for that device. You define
that device entry as the 'primary' one with the prefer bbtag.
