Upgrade from 4.2.0 to snapshot

Hi.
 
I am going to upgrade my Hobbit from 4.2.0 to the current snapshot version.
Is there anything that I need to back up (settings in /etc/hobbit) or is it just seamless?
I am building a .deb package.
