[hobbit] Hobbit Newbie question

What do you mean when you say all of the old-style data still works, but
no new hobbit-style data or functionality?   Do you mean that hobbit can
handle all the old data, but BB cannot handle the hobbit data?

Yes, I have two old linux systems with old BB clients sending data to
Hobbit. All of the old-style data still works, but no new hobbit-style
data or functionality.
