You should be able to change bbcentral.def to reflect hobbit, then add
an entry like this to hobbitlaunch.cfg:

[bbcentral]
        ENVFILE /var/hobbit/server/ext/bbcentral/bbcentral.def
        NEEDS hobbitd
        CMD $BBHOME/ext/bbcentral/bb-central.sh
        LOGFILE $BBSERVERLOGS/bbcentral.log
        INTERVAL 5m
