[hobbit] Error running gmake install

This turned out to be a file-descriptor leak in the "setup-newfiles"
tool used during installation. (It's an old bug - just haven't seen it
before). If you do run into this, there's a patch at
http://www.hswn.dk/hobbitsw/hobbit-4.0.2-setup.patch that fixes it.
