TS - Is there a way to make the notes page go to a new window?

It there a way to make the NOTES webpage open a new window rather than
having it appear in the same browser window.

This way, you could view both at the same time without have to go BACK
and FORWARD between the screens.

I'm sure somewhere in the source code, this modification can be made in
the <a> </a> information.

 

Or if you can have it open another TAB on the screen - that might also
work.
