Yeah I did. I deleted:
~/data/*
~/server/tmp/*
~/server/www/bb.html
~/server/www/bb2.html
~/server/www/(all pages created from my bb-hosts configuration)
It then complained that it couldn't find the checkpoint file, so it knows
there was one.......Not sure what file i am missing to tell it that it is a
fresh install.
