bbwincmd with hobbitdboard support

Hello

is there a windows bb equivalent which supports the complete commandset 
which is supported under Linux. I need to do a query for all non green 
hosts, also those that are filtered from the "all non green" view. So I 
think

bb 127.0.0.1 "hobbitdboard color=yellow 
fields=hostname,testname,lastchange,color,msg"
bb 127.0.0.1 "hobbitdboard color=red 
fields=hostname,testname,lastchange,color,msg"

is the thing I need. But bbwincmd does not support this.
