I am *guessing* that you need to enter a record for each combination of host
and test, so if you want to track three tests as "critical" you will need
three records.
I never did understand the "master record" concept well enough to get it to
work so I ended up using a bigger hammer when entering data. Fortunately I
did not need to enter very much.
