Not exactly... but you could create an alert rule for the host for
COLOR=yellow on TEST=cpu for the host. The test will go yellow for a
period after the machine is rebooted. You might get alerts if the CPU
warning thresholds are exceeded unless you tune some settings in
hobbit-clients.cfg. Is an option.
