Not exactly sure what you're asking... if none of the hosts have any
data for the test, it won't be shown (unless maybe you're using
group-only). If at least one of them does have data, then the others
will have a dash as a placeholder.
Only thing I can think to do is use additional group directives and
break them up to group similar set of servers together.
