Believe if you change the * to a W in the TIME argument then you will restrict the alert to Weekdays.
So change:
TIME=*:0700:2100
to:
TIME=W:0700:2100
Believe I saw that in the bb-hosts man page. W for week days or 0-6 for a specific day - useful if you want to IGNORE a particular day, such as Sunday or day and time for scheduled downtime.

Hi all,
Just a general Xymon question. What is the best way to exclude certain days in Xymon alerts?
For example the statement below will limit alerts to 7AM through 9 PM but how would I exclude Saturday and Sunday from this same alert?
PAGE=%.*/page_name SERVICE=conn COLOR=red TIME=*:0700:2100 mail user1 (at) domain.net DURATION>50 REPEAT=8h RECOVERED
