NTP ext script with threshold warning

Hi, 

Although the built-in "ntp" test works great and is simple to implement, is 
there a Hobbit-compliant external script available that allows ntp to be 
checked on a number of clients and send an alert if the time is not in sync 
with the Hobbit server by, say 1 or 2 seconds? 

I've been trying to migrate the BB-centric script bb-ntp-1.5.sh which does 
this, but I thought I should either write a simpler one for Hobbit or see if 
there is one already available.
