What's funny is that the 4294961768M is not in the client data at all.
Here is the memory info from the client data:

Could you try clicking on the "Client data" link on that status report
and check what is in the "[memory]" section ?
The "Used" value for Physical memory comes from the 5th number
of the line in the [memory] section.
