4.2.2 is the same as 4.2.0 + patches + rename to xymon.

I don't thinkg there is client for os/400 or iSeries.  You can do remote 
monitoring (ping, port check, ....).
I also think there is a perl bb commando that can be used on any system that 
has perl installed.
