link bb_footer at the bottom of the page but no menu?

I fear I might have done something awful...
I was looking to upgrade our hobbit to the latest snapshot but when I
trying to access
http://aixmgmt01/hobbit-cgi/bb-hostsvc.sh?HOST=aixmgmt01&SERVICE=disk
which is one of our service monitors I am not getting a menu at the top
of the page. However I am getting a link bb_footer written at the
bottom of the web page. Any ideas?
