I will try to get the info from an csv file:
Is this syntax correct, because I keep getting invalid request.

Hi,
as far as I know no, not directly. But you may put a html in the
hobbit/server/www/notes directory using the service (machine) name as
filename. This html might have a link/form for a cgi doing what you
want. So it is just one click more.
